Ability of Different Korrio Roles

Best Practices:

3 levels of roles in Korrio are, Club/Organization, Team, and Program.  Each level contains specific roles including Admin, Coach and Manager, Assistant Coach, Other, Player, and Waitlist.  Although these roles exist at every level, they are not necessarily applicable at every level.

Club/Organization level:

The most applicable title at this level is the Admin. Admins will have access to:

+ manage all registration content, run reports, communicate

+ create teams and programs, as well as roster players to teams

Club Admins have the ability to add additional Admins to their Club Staff list.

Please contact Korrio Support to request additional access to view/edit Financials, view/edit Background Checks, or Print Player Cards.

All other roles do exist at this level, but are not applicable unless Admins want to assign a title. For more specifics or questions on the functionality of different roles at the Club Level, visit: Club/Organization Role Details in Korrio.

Team level:

The most applicable titles at this level are the Team Coach and Manager. Coaches and Managers will have access to:

+ create, edit, and view events and team schedule

+ add jersey # and positions

+ view/print roster

+ edit Team page with photos/text

+ message team members (parents, players, and personnel)

All other roles do exist at this level, but are not necessarily applicable unless administrators are curious about the functionality of other roles.To learn about the other roles on a team visit: Team Role Details in Korrio.

Program level:

Typically roles are not added to a Program attendees list unless you have the situation where you want to give someone access to only one Program, otherwise it is not necessary to add staff to a Program attendees list. Admins at the Program level will have access to:

+ manage program schedule and run reports

+ add photos to program page

+ view and edit attendees custom field answers

+ view member information with the inspector tool

NOTE: If someone has Admin rights for a particular program, they would have to access the Program's page through the Club's programs navigation, and then click on the title of the program.
