Taking Payment from Member

How do I make a credit card payment in Korrio when a member calls in?

As a financial manager or administrator for your organization, you can make credit card payments on behalf of your members by visiting their profile page. Use the Member Lookup tool in your admin navigator to find the player or parent account you want to apply a payment towards. Click Profile on the left hand menu and Account on the upper right. Scroll down to Transaction Information, find the transaction that has a balance due, and click the green + icon on the far left column. Choose Make a Payment and enter in their credit card information for the amount they are paying. Please note you can not make a payment from the profile page if the member has an automatic payment plan set up. You will need to cancel the automatic payment plan and change the payment type to credit card in order to process the transaction.
