Run Report of Players Not on a Roster

To find all the players who have not been put on a roster you can run the report titled "Rostered/Unrostered Players."  You can also determine if they are on a team by viewing the pending team column.

Korrio Team Builder was designed to provide you with the information you need to roster players to a team. In Team Builder, once you select a program, only players that have not yet been rostered are available on the list to be added to teams.

However, to run a report on those that are not rostered, click on the Legacy Report titled Rostered/Unrostered Players under Program Reports.

The default column to show if a player has been rostered to a teams or not will be the  Pending Teams column. Reminder that the term “Pending Teams” in Korrio refers to those teams that have a Season Start Date that is in the future. This feature allows registrars to roster players in private. Players that have a team name listed in Pending Teams means they have been added to a team. If you do not see a Pending Team name listed, this player has not yet been rostered to a team.

However, to be sure they aren't on a Current Team, you can use the Customize Your Columns feature to remove Pending Teams and insert Current Team.

You can also add the Last Historical Team field to view the last team that the player had been rostered to.

I'm not following the logic on this. For example, I just ran the report for a program I know all players are rostered for. In that case, the "Pending Teams" column is blank. I then ran the report for a program I know none of the players have been rostered and in that case, the "Pending Teams" column is also blank. How can I run a report on a program to see what players have not been assigned to a team?

I just used "Team Builder" to find my unrostered players: Click the “Club” dropdown menu > Teams >> Team Builder. Then “Select a Program.” That was super easy. I still don't follow the logic in the instructions above.

    Hi Tim,

Glad you found what you needed in Team Builder! Were the players you mentioned above rostered to an Active Team? If you have rostered players to a Pending Team they should appear in your report. That way you can view who has/has not been rostered in report form (in case you need to take to a coaches meeting, etc).

I was looking for players who where registered for a program but not rostered to any team; pending or active. The way this support item is written and the way the reporting feature works doesn't make sense to me. I should be able to run a printable report that shows all players registered to a program that are not rostered.

Hi Tim, I've edited the post and hope the instructions are more clear now. Thanks!
