End of Season Financial Summary Reports

Korrio provides Organization financial managers with the ability to identify the following for a prior season:

  • Number of registrations
  • Net Revenue

Please note that the recommendations below assume that you or your Organization used a common naming convention for your registration programs as described in the following support posts:

Consistency of Program Names on Your Website and Registration Program

1. How many registrations did we have this past season?

In Korrio, the number of registrations is the same value as the number of people on an attendee list of a program. For both methods described below, you will use the Quick Report titled Programs.

To return results program by program:

  • Select the Program in the drop down and run the report
  • The report results will list the number of attendees on the program

To return results on all the programs during a given year or time period:

  • Click on multiple programs using the shift button or choose groups of programs from the drop down
  • Run the report
  • The report results will list the number of attendees in the programs

2. How much revenue did we generate this past season?

To close out the season, Korrio can provide financial managers with the Net Revenue figure for the prior season. We define Net Revenue as:

Net Revenue = Payments – Refunds

The following describes how to determine each component of Net Revenue

Payments

  •  Go to Club -> Payments -> Browse Payments
  • Select the Date Range corresponding to the past season
  • Select All Programs
  • Click on Update to find all the payments for the given period of time
  • Click on Export Detail Data to CSV and open in excel to find out the total value of payments during the past season

Refunds

  • Go to Club -> Payments -> Reports and Click on the Refunds tab.
  • Select the Date Range corresponding to the past season
  • Click on Run Report
  • Click on Export Data to CSV and open in excel to find out the total value of refunds during the past season
