Our unique database is centered around the player. When the parent signs the player up for a program, that player is added to an official team roster or a camp session, and given a unique account in Korrio with a personal dashboard to manage their schedule, upload photos, communicate with teammates, etc.
If a player has a parent/guardian, that parent/guardian has their own account to manage the players' schedule, the payments they've made, message with the manager/coach, etc. One parent may have an aggregated dashboard with information for multiple player accounts in the family.
To reduce the risk of a player account accidentally getting deleted (thus removing the player from the official team roster), or the parent from being dis-associated with the player account (thus deleting important information like payments made, emergency contact info, etc), a Korrio account cannot be deleted by a Korrio user.
