Program Payments Issue

As of 5/2 at approximately 3:30pm Pacific time, we were experiencing issues with transactions being pushed to Authorize.net. These issues were only applicable if the Organization was directing the Parent into a specific program to register. If the Parent was registering via the Korrio Home Page of the Club there transactions were successful.

For example: 

If you gave your Parents a link (via email) that contained /groups/program-name then you will be expereincing these Program Payment Issues.

If you gave your Parents a link to your Korrio main page such as korrio.com/groups/club-name, clubname.korrio.com, or domainname.com then you should not be experiencing any of these issues.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause your Organization. Once this issue is fixed, we will notify you with the necessary steps that will need to take place.
